Have you tried these outside? Would like to know what kind of range i could expect? Im going to use mine in a dense forest and what kind of range do you think i can expect there?

From hill to hill, or from hill to valley, the range is over 30 km. In the forest, the range could be from several hundred meters to 1 km.
