Meanwhile I’m running Road Red rear Derailleur , 10-33 cassette, 42t front chainring on race king 2.2s on my Enve Mog and have zero need for anything wider. 😂 I’ll save my money.

@@StepS-js8fo cool. I run wider than that on my road bike. 200 miles in climbing gears are pretty nice.

10-46 is okay IF you have a 40/26. No way is 1x enough range. Great for a mountain bike, terrible for gravel

@@juliapoelstra3624 are you saying you need more than 40/46? Most road bikes top out before 1:1 or 1:1 at the most. This has easier gears. So maybe you are saying 40/10 isn't enough? Could be I guess, it spins out at about 30 mph and you push to 35 if your cadence gets crazy.

@@JoshRoss 18% hills. Loaded. I ride 36/24, 11-42 right now and it's perfect. I'm electronic shifting curious, but these new systems disappoint. Sometimes new is just new, not better.

@@sneakerjoe23 lol I guess tour divide racers aren't performance oriented? Not everybody judges performance on Gucci gravel rides in spandex
