RX means receiver. TX means transmitter. The CRMX module in the AsteraBox can be used as both. This video explains how to swap between them. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fGemkICenZKqftk It is not possible to use the AsteraBox as a repeater to extend the range. Only the Outdoor FLEX from Lumen Radio can be used as a repeater. lumenradio.com/products/crmx-outdoor-flex/
