Thanks. I've been meaning to do some kind of summary / ranking video for awhile, several folks have asked for it. The short answer is that with the right chain the Susvara best aligns to my preferences. It's tough to justify the cost when there are so many great HPs the cost considerably less and are so much easier to drive. The ES-1a is the other one I've held onto for a pretty long time now.

How would you compare something like this to maybe the STAX 007 that you heard?

Going by memory (which is always dangerous) the LCD-R has a thicker and darker tuning at the 007 has more resolution and separation.
