Anything round and small is easy to choke on. Gotta be more mindful when eating that + bones and long greens . A school girl died from choking rice ball I remember in the HK news. As we age dry things are harder to swallow like steak or dry bread it’s important to mix the rice / potatoes with the steak in our bite , peanut butter or jam with the bread and a glass of water available to help bring these foods down .
