I watched the Refinements video first, then this. I love how you teach thinking and techniques and you are my "go to" teacher, whether YT or your lesson downloads. But, and I must say this, only a teacher who is Superb at their Craft has the ability, talent and love to teach in Normal Speed or Hyperdrive! The musical score accompaniment was perfect.
