I hope your panel clip placement is correct as I can't find any authoritative source online for exactly where the white and gray clips go.

From where you can buy or get new/used plastic mount for doors?

You'd have to get one off another door skin. Possibly from a junkyard car. Bet it would cost next to nothing. I have definitely pulled parts from junkyard door skins in the past when necessary.
