What kind of a rig are you using to simulate phoenix this fast ? Unless the simulation parts are sped up ?

It is sped up. I usually speed up the entire video x2. Sim parts even more, sometimes. My rig is i9 with 64 GB.

You can control the amount of foam particles with the birth amount parameter. Or, if you like it better without foam you can disable it.
