I would recommend showing a variety of actual throws(not just a warm up throw) in a regular speed and slow motion

I appreciate the 90° remarks. I have tried to get a more acute angle to my elbow and it does not seem to be practical.

This vid mistakenly focuses on arm with the layman terms of reach back and pull through. The 90 degree item is basic physics of levers. What he may not be aware of yet being a talented, flexible and strong young man, is just how much he is actually using his core body muscles (lats, traps, side muscles, etc) to back swing and forward swing. It may be easier to verbalize it as arm, but his body knows to do something more efficient. And I have yet to see anyone go into the details of your body not allowing you to accelerate faster than it can decelerate. That is a lot the pec and infraspinatus muscles, so without strengthening that the body will plateau in speed regardless of form.

tucking that left hand down and forcing the shoulders to rotate is a big thing too ive started to notice a lot of big bomb throwing pros do.

Haven't tried the fan grip, I may because I tend to grip lock and throw shanks

I think I heard someone say Cole has pretty big hands. With big hands, you can get more hand surface on the disc for grip. For smaller hands, a power grip might be more beneficial. Whatever gives you the best grip!

Agree. I have very large hands. If I try to use a conventional power grip, I have to curl my fingers around so tight to get to the inner rim that it leaves my knuckles achy. Switched to a more smooshed fan/power hybrid like Cole showed here or like Drew Gibson has shown in his videos. Fixed the problem with my hands hurting, and then also ended up just being better for distance and accuracy after I got used to it.

I gotta try it, I have big hands as well. I can't wait til I get to go out and golf!

For me that was a wonderful description on timing! 🤩 Knowing the sequence of the body parts when your plant foot hits is important. Now as I understood it it was when your plant foot hits the ground everything else your hips your arm are engaged. Is that correct or is there a sequence of hip or elbow first or abdominals engaged first?

From Cole, "Just think rotate at the same time and if you are dipping your arm or it feels weird, then take a video and analyze if anything is leading the other. The tip I gave is just to set up a synchronized pull through."

i dont think he uses the elbow but more thats the leading thing but i do believe its out , in , and out but the whip makes it seems like its a straight line etc. i dont think a lot of pros know how to explain what they do in a way that is translatable bcuz by what he and others say makes you think to pull with elbow but its not that at all..
