Zach Reinhardt covers literally EVERYTHING you need to know about sculpting in Blender, and a bit more. this was very nice. i think in sp you can add the lows and highs all in one fbx then bring that into sp. check bake by mesh name and it will automatically bake each model separately by name correspondence from high to lows... cheers...
