Hi there,I have a question please, could you please tell me how to proprely setup a stereo audio track on Cubase like yours.I do know how but when recording a vocal, the Left and Right outputs are not balanced, even by looking at the wave file, the L and R are not the same at all, kindly help thank you.

Stefano Lanzavecchia yes of course

Mike Smith if what you have shown is the Haas effect (and it does look very much like the Haas effect) then I don't think it's mono compatible. For instance: www.soundonsound.com/sound-advice/q-can-haas-delays-be-mono-compatible Still, I may be wrong,

This works just fine with mono vocals, FACT.

For the record: "mono compatibility" means that the audio still sounds as intended, when summed to mono, which is what happens, for instance, on the speaker of a smartphone. So, I tried. I took a mono vocal. Ran it through Cubase's stereo delay with the parameters as described in the video. And then used the Control Room mono switch to verify the the audio was still intelligible. And... it wasn't: it sounds as if the poor singer is drowning in a swimming pool. So, the described processing is not mono compatible, FACT.

The 1st part of the video was intended for mono vocals. not using a stereo delay unit. you would be better using the mono ping pong delay
