I share daily videos all around these topics. Good to meet you in the comments, Teobaldo.

This was a great exercise…I also loved the “unpacking” even more. The risk takers, dodgeball, etc. these videos are SO insightful!

Do you have a live video example of how to use breakout rooms in a random way like "speed networking" but with colleagues during a meeting? ~Jennifer Kumar
@chad.littlefield2 жыл бұрын
Yes, Jennifer. I draw out a method in this structure which can be reused over and over with intact teams that know each other well. All it requires is for you to come up with one question to connect people to each other, to purpose, and to create the option/choice for authenticity: kzbin.info/www/bejne/enTRZKiObJxoipY

I ran across this video and have to admit I love it. I actually would like to do this with our office, but I want to be sure I've provide context/purpose. Would you be able to elaborate a little the purpose of this experiment. My apologies if I was discussed and I missed it. Thanks.

Nice video... Who is gonna guess first? did you ask one of the participants privately on chat?
@chad.littlefield4 жыл бұрын
Anybody can guess first. We only privately message the person with "the rock."

@@chad.littlefield If so, there is a problem when all participants are all unmute...sometimes there is a lot of noises... how many participants do you think this one may work best? Thank you
@stephaniehartsock34172 жыл бұрын
You said never to call it an activity??
@chad.littlefield2 жыл бұрын
"Never say never" I suppose 😊 Typically though, I use words like "experiment" or "exercise" to insinuate that what we are doing is tied to purpose/learning/growth. Whereas sometimes resistance or resentment can show up when we do activities just for the sake of it.

THE WOMAN BOTTOM RIGHT, SECOND. DIDN\T SAY A WORD, NOR DID THE TEACHER ENCOURAGE HER TO TALK
@chad.littlefield3 жыл бұрын
That is true...in this 7 minute clip anyhow 😊 Do you think one of should have encouraged participation from the person who didn't speak? Trying to understand the thought/intention behind your comment.
@lifeboatzoomgames57702 жыл бұрын
@@chad.littlefield I disagree with Eldred's insinuation. The pace was not so fast that she could not step in. Give people time, then occassional invite. But don't put people on camera, then on the spot.
@lifeboatzoomgames57702 жыл бұрын
@@chad.littlefield Eldred thinks 90% participation rate is BAD ? Many zoom hosts struggle just to get participants to turn their camera on.
