I absolutely love your hairstyles and makeup tutorials. I too, use Blue Magic as a locking agent as well as Royal Crown (the red can) and Murray’s as a edge control. I went back to my childhood and used everything from Pink Lotion hair lotion to the hair grease. My hair has grown 2” in the last 6 months and is now getting to the healthy hair state. Less breakage, when I use protective hair styles
@J67-t6t4 жыл бұрын
I've read that grease locks in moisture so whenever I'm moisturizing my hair, I first wet my hair then go in with some shea butter and then use some blue magic to seal that all in.
@AdannaMadueke4 жыл бұрын
Yea it does lock in and I find my low porosity hair does retain more moisture with it too 😍

@maselamuzombo98114 жыл бұрын
I can't flat twist my 4c hair when it's damp, the way it clamps together into a major flop🤦 But when it's dry, to flat twist it I'll have to make it damp, because breakage?🤷 So yeah. I get to experience the bliss that comes with flat twists only vicariously, by watching skilled hands at work on their owners heads. Adanna's hands.😍 she greatly inspires me to do every style she does 😍 this came out quite cute, as usual. Oh the bliss.😃😃💕
@SimplyInterested4 жыл бұрын
😂😂 This was my problem too. The key is to do it in sections and you have to detangle while it's damp. I also use Aunt Jackies "Knot On My Watch" conditioner while washing my hair and Idk what they put in it but that REALLY work on my hair. After I wash it and deep condition my hair. I section my hair into 4 sections. I use about a quarter sized amount of moisturizer and use a wide tooth comb to detangle then add sealer. I repeat in the other sections and style. At 1st it took me forever but now my hair is kind of trained so it's much easier to detangle on wash days. I hope this way helps. Let me know if you try it.

Sisss I’ve learnt to detangle when it’s damp with a deep conditioner that has a good slip after about 15-30 minutes depending on the deep conditioner content; it does help a lot because your hair is quite soft at this point. Lemme know how it goes 💕
