One thing I do is bother the guy that blows dandelions and then cut them all down. Free farming experience AND you can make a juice with the dandelions and they sell pretty well.

I just started playing Sun Haven after a long time of playing Stardew Valley, I thought it would be fairly simple to pick up but boy was I wrong 😭😂 The concept that crops don't make more outright than cooked/baked goods is so foreign to me so I genuinely thank you for letting me know rip. Another free weekly item to grab is a mushroom from Catherines yard. Just examine the big mushroom and you will get one

Another good tip for upgrading Farming is to choose the Peace Keepsake and gun for the chest by Wornhardt's house to get the Farming Ring asap. And the Juicer is a decent moneymaker before getting barn animal goods or the jam maker, also good for healing and mana. The Spring Festival food items are worth buying imo, good stats for their price. Will there be a Tips & Tricks for Summer?

I FINALLY got the game today because I always get both a Nintendo and Steam card for Christmas and my birthday. I never buy anything online through my wallet, so I go the roundabout way and do gift cards. My bank account got hacked into once and so I'll never do anything that'll endanger my bank account ever again. These tips (especially the initial ones) will come in handy. Overall though it sounds like the things I normally do in Farming sim games I'll be doing here because I definitely think long term. Thanks! I've been wanting to play this game for over a year now, but I had other Steam games higher on my bucket list (and I am of limited means) so I had to bid my time lol.

Switching to a tool after your chop hits a tree then immediately swapping back to axe maxes you chop trees SOOO much faster. Brrrrr

Don't buy any feeding stations for a while. When you buy & build a barn, it gives you a number of "free" feeding stations inside. I also never bothered upgrading my hoe or watering can from copper, until I got all the way to glorite.
