It looks like if the subscribe after the date condition on the goal block, contacts are going to get stuck there.

It's not mentioned in the video, but the webinar registration page should be updated prior to the webinar start time so contacts can't register after the webinar start time. Everyone who registered would receive the confirmation email with access details, and would wait at the first goal block since they do not meet the date conditions. After the webinar concludes, you could add/update a new goal block at the bottom of the sequence to allow the follow-up email to send.

The video is compressed so you can see the whole process, but in real time it took about 30 minutes to set up.
