Hello thank you for all your great videos. I have a question, what is the difference between entering transactions from bank account this way vs. the journal entry way? I'm currently entering all my transactions through journal entry.

i think it is crazy that QBSE doesn't let us add transactions to an account and it all has to go to cash. what is the point of having different accounts? Because half of them aren't compatible with QB and many don't do CSV files. I just wasted $40.

Hello sir Thanks for vedios that is useful I have one question. If I recorded amount wrong how to change, for example I recorded 5oo$ one bill but the bill it is 350$ and pattycash it will be reduce the first amount it mean 500$reduce ,when I want change to 350$ bill but the party cash not change like 350$ ,it mean 150$ not return to patty cash .what I should be do for this ?Thanks for help

If I understand you correctly you entered a bill for $500 but it should have been $350? I would just go back to the original transaction and change it to $350.

Aram Rahman well if you paid the bill with petty cash but need to change the bill you will have to first void the payment, then change the bill, then repay the invoice with the corrected amount

Aram Rahman when you void the payment from petty cash it will put it back in the account
