Unfortunately you cannot unless you have a backup from right before they were deleted that you can restore.

what if there date did not match for eg. if some bill paid on 01/15/2024 and we entered in QB on 01/17/2024 Than what To Do? just change the date by going to in that transaction or something else .

Could you run the reconciliation report without saving it? Or do it multiple times a month to make sure you are up to date throughout the month?

You can. But I would save it after month end and during the month just check off what has cleared directly on the check register

Yes you can although the profit loss reports are done automatically for you in QuickBooks ad you enter information

It should all be paid from your personal account and then on your tax return at year end is when you determine how much of that is deductible.

I am trying to reconcile my accounts for a fairly new business account we just opened. If there are transactions from my debit card that I don’t have in quickbooks, how do I reconcile these transactions in order to be in balance in both ending balances ?

Yeah you can do that. If you have a difference you need to see what the is causing the difference and fix it. Unless it’s small then reconcile with the small difference and put it to Other Expense or something

the checkmark column has changed and every time I try to check something it moves and also more than one thing is clicking at a time. Things that I have not clicked are checked. How can I re-start this or get the column to just check without moving?

It sounds like it’s the way you have it filtered to display. Look for the filter or display option on the screen when you have the register up and change it accordingly

It could be anything. Are the dates on the transactions correct? Have they been marked as cleared or reconciled in the check register accidentally?

my account was reconciled..Jan to May... but in Jan to April I had to manually upload bank accoutn.. in May I got it automatically connected.. then after recon may I noticed that there's two bank accounts on QBO and it gave the balance sheet a 13k more.. I called quickbooks they merged the to accounts and then started doing adjustments and now everything is messed up... I undid Jan and was going to start over.. but It's doing an opening balance of 15k when it should be like 3000... my question how can I change the beginning balance for jan... after it'd been recon and adjusted over and over..
