1:31 AOA Sir, I have a question, if the software has the ability to identify and categorize the transactions automatically. Then why do we need to learn and understand the debit and credit, means what to credit and what to debit. In other words,if software does everything automatically, then accounting is so simple. Is everything predefined in software? I hope u got my question.

Walekum Salam, While QuickBooks automates transactions, understanding debits and credits is essential to spot errors, handle unique transactions, and customize the software for your business needs. agar hum aik baar account add kr den chart of accounts mai tou hum baad mai usko delete kr sktey hain ya nai? inactive krna is the same as deleting that account?

You can’t permanently delete an account, except by merging it with another account. If you make an account inactive, its transactions won’t be deleted. All transactions linked to the inactive account will still remain in your records. We will cover these functions in upcomming sections
