First of all George, it was most kind of you to help Ryan and give his business a boost. My first instinct is to compare his work with yours which in no way would be fair. However, I think Ryan did a good job for just starting out. I think more trimming was needed on the trees and shrubs. He seemed to lose quality toward the end. And being able to deal with the extensive trash would help greatly. All in all, Ryan did a fine job, and you George were superb in forwarding his efforts. Looking forward to seeing more from this young man.

The people at this property need to organise a hard rubbish collection, once a month for the next 6 months 😊 via their local council. It’s a service they provide and part of paying those high council rates in Melbourne!

He owner is a horder and by definition they accumulate not get rid of. All the stuff inside the house and the yard belongs to him so the lady cannot get rid of anything.

A yard always looks better with that done & I enjoy watching it happen. This place was certainly a challenge with all the junk not being able to be removed. However, Ryan did a good job. I'll have to look him up. Blessings to you both from central Georgia, USA, where we're still cleaning up & being grateful nobody was killed or injured in our county when on Sept 27th our little town was hit with the eye of Hurricane Helene. It plowed through with 104 mph winds & rain in the early morning hrs sparing no one.
