Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, sponsoring your sibling as a brother/sister of a USC will take over 13 years approximately- this is the case no matter which country you are from. If you watch the video on EB3, unless your sibling is from India or China, you will see information on how a person may be able to use the EB3 route for your family. There may be other routes available for your siblings depending on their education or financial circumstances. There is nothing in then related immigration laws that prohibits employment based immigrant filings for siblings. However, the relationship needs to be disclosed and the primary purpose must be to fill a position that no US worker was ready, willing, and able to fill. It would seem easier or faster to start a family business then to try to find an employer willing to do the extra work and waiting

Thank you for your comment. What must not be lost over here is the idea that employers should only petition for an employee if they are unable to find ready, willing, and able workers in the U.S. If the primary reason that a person starts a business is to bring their family member to the U.S., then the intention is not primarily to fill a legitimate business need- and that would not be a lawful use of the EB3 visa. As suggested in the video, as a family member, you are attempting to match make between an employer that needs workers and your family member that can be the ready, willing, and able employee the employer needs. If you already have a business, and you have a position that you cannot fill from the US employee market, then you can certainly file for your own relative if they are qualified. Of course, there are some nuances to consider, but it is certainly a viable filing. Again, thank you for the comment.
