I got my Q 500 today I’m impressed with it

How do you like it? I got the Q700M in June of last year, and it just went through its first major repair overhaul with new replacement motors, tires, casters, and shocks. The repair technician told me that the shocks on these power chairs can wear out fairly easily. My last power chair was a QM-710, and while the motors are still the original motors that came with the power chair. So is the joystick controller. Everything else on it was replaced more than once. Shocks included.

can the seat move down so not so tall for moving
