Super useful! I'm still struggling with labeling my 3d printed panels but the labeling machine works perfect for it.

Glad you found it useful. Which labeling machine is it? I'd love to review it's capabilities.

FYI, "real" edge lit panels in aircraft are typically silk-screened unless they're one-offs.

Thanks...but are you correcting something from the video or just adding info?

@@joshuamarius You're welcome! I've made quite a few Type V edge-lit panels. Sadly I haven't graduated to doing it "right" via silk-screening yet.

I did it using silk-screen printing, but it wasn't quick nor easy.

Share some info if you can please; I'd love to take a look at what it entails. Thanks.

Just like to screen printing a t-shirt. I put a lot of labels on a sheet and made the screen, each label was in a "card" that I cut and then use it to paint the text over a panel. I made a box with interchangeable panels for Flight Simulator and for DCS, for planes and choppers. I used an BU0836X controller (a very nice controller), it was a nice prototype project but then my son was born and I never came back to simulation, that was 10 years ago. I took the idea watching a chinese video on how they counterfeited brands on air conditioning unit.
