You make it look easy with hardly any colours and one brush. I've always been scared of dark skies, but I'm getting better. Thanks for another quickie. :)

Another good & fairly quick exercise. My 1st result isn’t good but, the dark sky looks good! Thanks you’re helping me with skies & colour mixing for them. It’s similar to my results with your watercolour pencil lessons. So satisfying when it works! Thanks!

Thanks Charlie. Love these easy skies. I put in today and and middle ground trees, popped in a few fisherman along the banks, threw in 3 birds and bingo. An occasional card for a man. Thanks again.👍👏👏👏

While I'm not a great fan of "quickies" (*wink*wink*), these little exercises are just what the doctor ordered to help break the occasional painter's block! Thanks for taking the time and effort to create these little gems! P.S. - give your left hand a break during these quickies and get yerself a tripod mount for your phone! LOL!!!

Afternoon Charles and thank you for this quickie. As someone who likes all things creative, I find your "quickies" so encouraging; they're easy to follow and the results (on the whole) are pleasing. I would love a few more quickies.
