Hello po, new subscriber here. I hope you can create a content regarding Permitted Development Rights here in the Philippines. I'm planning to build a Pergola in front of my house but I'm not sure if it needs permit from City Gov. Thank you!

Actually, you can ask this directly to the cityhall bldg official. You should have at least a decent sketch (floorplan) of the pergola to be installed in your house. For them to understand the location and design of your pergola. You may need to present a floorplan of the existing house for them to understand. Cities vary in rules in special items like these po. 😊

Ideally it's a yes. 2 heads are better than 1 diba? Although, some combo design and build companies offer discounts or packages. So it really depends on you which one you should take. But study it carefully and thoroughly check their company's background and previous projects if you have time. 😀
