Probably only plays Tier 6 and lower. There is a lot of that out there now since T8 is such a mess. Grandson ran into 2 seal clubbers the other day. They were running T5 Leopards that were platooned up. Both players had 50 to 52% WR, played roughly 50,000 games each, roughly 6000 games each in the Leopards, and nothing above T6. Just run and gun for fun. He and his friends have grown tired of this with time and walked away from the game.

You can easily be top 1 with regular equpiment and normal crew if you are good player. Seal clubbers need gold spam+brutal crew+ bounty/bond equipment

Often players do know how capping affects the other team it split enemies and forces a retreat of at least one tank if not the whole team which can be predicted to give you a huge advantage knowing where troops are heading and weakening the front line

It was good play. The Burza is the obvious choice to return and let arty fire in. The E8 cannot win that situation, even with Gold ammo and the rate of fire. If you cap briefly and make the Burza return, you've given yourself an edge. The other issue is arty can just blindfire to interrupt or send the faster AMX back to spot for the SU-8 while Burza caps. Capping in this situation feels like a losing play against an alert team, but threatening the cap forces these reactions and gives your friendly arty a chance (didn't work). Overall, I like the idea here. It forces a reaction and allows you to get a slightly better position vs the 3 enemies who would otherwise stay grouped together.

Interesting: the Fury E8 has worst stats compared to the tech tree E8 or the Battlepass E8.

And the M4A3(76)W has worse effective traverse speed than the regular M4A3E8, due to how effective traverse takes engine uogrades into account and the listed value is the one for the stock engine. As an example: Lets say a tank has a 500Hp stock engine and a 1000HP top engine with 30°/s listed on the tracks. This tank has its 30°/s with the stock engine, thus when upgrading to the top engine (with twice the engine power) it will now have 60°/s. The same tank as a premium version with no stock engine (already fully upgraded) will also have its 30°/s for the "stock" engine - except that here the "stock" engine is already the 1000HP one, thus its effective traverse will stay at 30°/s. This is especially noticable for tanks like the Luchs or Hetzer, which have medioker listed traverse speed, but turn like crazy because their stock engine is aweful compared to the top engine. Its also the reason why the Cromwell B has worse effective traverse than the regular Cromwell, *despite* the Cromwell B's better listed traverse and better ground resistance.

@@Xelianow i dont understand ur point. Prem tanks dont have "upgraded" motors. They have one motor and this can be basically anything. Yes, it is often one of the tech tree motors, either the basic one or one of the upgraded nones.

@@juanzulu1318 Let me rephrase it: The regular M4A3E8 has its listed 40°/s with its 400HP (stock) engine. Upgrade the engine to 520HP and the effective traverse gets up to 52°/s. The Premium Sherman also has 40°/s, but with the 520HP engine. Thus: Regular has better effective traverse. The listed traverse speeds are always in refference to the stock engine. If you have engine upgrades you get better effective traverse. If you don't have engine upgrades your effective traverse stays the same.

Full improved/Bounty Gear, check. Fires almost exclusively gold, check. Run Cola, check. Lastly, judging from his DPM hes rocking at LEAST a 3 skill crew. This is an insanely sweatlord setup, by all means enjoy the lower tiers, but this, this isn't so much skill as it is pub stomping. Also was now very active/out of any useful positioning early on and got him mediums on the hill killed due to him trying to be greedy. He didn't play badly, but I would not put it past most of these players being red/orange at best. lastly to be fair, yeah, t8+ is a fucking shitshow.

I have to add, this player is running a full Bond equipment setup. That means, instead of the Messily 5-6% improvement from normal Vents Liftupmyeyelids is getting 13% improvements across the board; including aim time and reload. Thats why this player didn't need the gun rammer; they're already have the equivalent of an gun rammer through the Bond Vents which is providing them with the equivalent of two, possibly three additional basic modules; Reducing the Reload: (Rammer,) accuracy: (Virtical Stabilizer/rotation device) and Mobility: (Grausers.) The Choice of Bond equipment, really changes the Tank considerably, regardless of it's class.

I'm level 302 with the M4A3E8, this tank is probably the most misunderstood, and underratred tank in tier 6. Decent pen, insane ROF @ 2.4seconds, great accuracy on the move, nippy mobility, -12 gun depression, and 170mm effective turret armor makes this tank one of the most fun tanks in the game, and let's it be viable even in tier 8.

You're so right. Never played the E8 but I got the Fury which is a little bit of a nerf version, still got 61% WR F2P. The stats of this tank are underestimated, imagine when I'll start playing the battle pass E8 :p

The only thing missing to be OP is penetration to stay competitive in Tier 8 battles. You really need to know position and work ridges to make this thing work vs tier 8s, but it's more than capable of contributing from bottom tier which makes it a great tank. I only played the E2 until I got this premium and wow, I'm impressed. I'm rocking 1800 WIN8 in it from the start which is great for me. This tank does work.

When I got my battlepass easy 8 I set it up with a tier 3 experimental turbo, rammer, and optics. I’m a Cromwell main so it definitely leans more towards making the tank more like a Cromwell and works quite well, although I think a tier 2 experimental turbo is more than sufficient

People always complain about the pen. It’s perfectly fine. Tier 6 mediums like the E8 are perfect for flanking big slow heavy tanks. Their mobility and rof allows them to run circles around slow heavies and obliterate them.

Because it isn't a tank suited for that. Unlike the Cronwell, it doesn't have the mobility nor the concealment needed to pull up those flanking attacks. The Shermans in WoT are more into the role of support with some versatility than a flanking or brawling medium tank. Also, the 76mm M1 has the worst pen of any medium tank at Tier VI. Even some stock guns have more pen than it.

@@modica3466 Each have their strengths. The Cromwell might have more pen but good luck hitting any of those shots on the run. Cromwell can’t mount vert stabs either. E8 has superior gun handling and track traverse. I loved both tanks though.

It's very situational. 128mm standard pen has been power crept so badly at t6 that the e8 and the e2 are literally the 2 worst tech tree mediums at tier 6(even worse than lorzas m4-a2, which is just SHIT). The only technically advantage the e8 has its its extra THICC in the turret department, easily exceeding average t6 medium penetration(ap) and even some heavies.

At least this isn't the promotion of another OP tank. But please, stop picking replays of damage records, this replay was boring as hell. This player camped and sniped with easy ammo almost the entire game, with a tank setup for maximum abuse. Apart from the bush work in the final engagement, this was just very basic average play. Only luck and abuse. I'm sure you could find other replays where the player actually puts more effort.

These bastards have a modified mod for promotions to see they are still in the top ranks, what he shoots is a hit!! if a tank hits him.. then a rebound... I guarantee that you won't have it that way!! and it will be the opposite on mil. % and besides... don't buy premium or premium tanks!!! it's useless anyway, the server determines the damage,,..determines victory and defeat .. If you upload min Damage to the opponent, the server will automatically flip and give Victory/ if High damage to the opponent - it is automatically Defeat.. You have a tank of 8 levels and you are approximately at the bottom of the team or on the bottom team composition, stacked from level 10 = It's automatically a win because you have no chance to shoot down Level 10 that is: min. damage = victory.!!! If you are on the highest rungs in the lineup, e.g. team level 8 to level 6 , Automatically = high damage to the opponent and you automatically = Defeat!! Server. BLOCKS....visibility, enemy detections, opponent damage, you can just do whatever you want :D !! it's wasted money!! You actually have more losses than wins in the game!! Ask yourself another question.. how many times have you recorded what you see here? (it's easy to play if you're an admin with a good game mode!), and this thieving company gives replays like this every day ... they're just lying to you and fooling you it's a great game, waiting for you to adjust the game mode to the minimum so that you can put real money into it!! Also note that they offer only premium or 10 level tanks, where you have huge losses in the game even during premium, especially if you use gold-i (premium cartridges)!!! , for 1 battle minus up to 8-20,000 cash... if not more... wt.

I am so glad this wasn't gonna be another lame Victory by capping, capping should be a last resort when you almost can't possibly win like when youre against higher tiers, out of ammo or are a last remaining SPG. Otherwise just try to win by killing that's a lot more fun from both a gameplay and viewership perspective. Even if you lose because of it it's so much more fun to go down swinging rather than sit on the cap for what feels like ages.

I usually only cap if i am not confident in winning and outright brawl. For example a T1 heavy at half health typically isn't going to beat a T29 at full health. You need to get lucky a lot and he only needs to get lucky twice.For me, if I'm at like 13 HP, I cap, assuming there is no sky aids left alive.(in which case, F it, kill the sky aids and lose, because leafblowers deserve no mercy)
