● 100g Unsalted butter
● 120g brown butter
● 2 large eggs
● 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
● 200g All purpose flour
● 1 y 1/2 tsp of baking powder
● Pinch of salt
● 60g Caramel
► COCONUT BUTTERCREAM
● 300g Unsalted butter.
● 300g icing sugar
● 2 tsp coconut essence or extract
► SYRUP
● 50ml Water
● 50g White Sugar
● 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (OPTIONAL)
► DECORATION (OPTIONAL)
● Caramel
● Coconut balls (beijinhos or Raffaello bonbons)
