i get very scared at night in the dark alone. i can't ever get good sleep in my room cues when i see a shape or anything i get scared thinking it's something else. i hope god protects us at night and keeps us safe from scary things in the dark. hopefully this helps me sleep and remember that i'm safe and okay and when i wake up i will be in my home and that worlds haven't changed.

I really like this music. It makes me feel at peace, even when I'm near my worst moments. I've been feeling very isolated lately due to the situation I'm in right now. I won't say some details due to personal reasons, but I've been missing my friend group of four years and my amazing parter a lot. They were like family to me and without them, I've just changed. I just can't be happy anymore. And people had noticed it and are concerned about me. I really want them back, even if it's for a moment. I cry anytime they come into my mind. It's tough for a young teen like me to go through, especially when they have separation anxiety. But listening to this gives me hope that everything will go back to normal.
