I'm favoured, $27K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless Sonia bless America.

I have lived in Florida for over 50 yrs. You can NOT live in Florida on $2500 a month. I live within an hour of most of these places in this video.

Careful, as a Floridan family over 100 years. You will have a hard time to live this cheap. I own my home and it cost me 144.00 ele, 100.00 property tax, 100.00 for property insurance, 150.00 for three cars full coverage. The homes you see are not rented for 2000 per month. Except you to pay 5000 to 7000 per-month. Average home house insurance 11000 per year, avg car insurance 4000 per year, and non of my neighbors pay less than 350.00 per month for ele. Come rent and learn before you move here.

I'm closing in on retirement and I'll love to move from Minnesota to a warmer climate, but home prices seems ridiculous today, do I go ahead with buying a house anyways, or look at other sectors of the market as of now?

consider talking to a well-seasoned advisor about which sectors of the market is thriving to focus your portfolio on, diversification is actually key to good investing.

Agreed, amid covid-19 outbreak, i simply adopted the services of a certified financial planner instead of panic, and thankfully, I've accrued nearly $1m ROI after subsequent investments to date, marking my most significant milestone

Katherine Nance Dietz is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with and set up an appointment.

glad to have stumbled upon this, curiously copied and pasted Katherine Nance Dietz on the web, easily spotted her consulting page and was able to schedule a call session. Ive seen commentary about advisers but not this phenomenal

NONE of those places would work for me...want to be away from storm damage/surges (like the hurricane I experienced on the Gulf Coast of TX). If I move to FL (and just may) I'm going to the higher elevation of Central FL, and given my age, a 55+ community. You can have the beach scene if you want -- I sure don't need it (been there, done that). ;-) -- BR

@@lindachick8889 Why is Central Florida NOT safer than living on the coast/beach? Tell me about Ft. Meyers -- and the latest, Sarasota -- compared to living AWAY from the beaches. Never heard of The Villages (or OTOW, Del Webb Stone Creek, etc.) suffering such storm devastation. Please explain how/where I'm wrong. -- BR

How old is this video? In 2024, in one year alone, my house taxes raised by $2000. By moving from Texas to Florida, my car insurance almost tripled. it went from $500 for six months to $1300 for six months. my house insurance went from $1200 a year to over $3000 a year. And don’t forget to add the FEMA flood insurance which is also over $1000 a year. The water bills are ridiculous. It is $80-$90 a month for one person who conserves water as much as possible. The electric bill is always over $100 a month. I keep the house at 80° in the summer and I do not turn on the heat in the winter. It is so expensive to live here, one has to think about moving out of state in order to live on retirement benefits .

gaslighting, good luck finding insurance, flood zones, Hurricane insurance, car insurance, gas prices, food prices, not to mention the heat and humidity, bugs, critters, beaches packed with aholes, hell i am from here and looking to retire somewhere else like all my childhood friends whom have moved to Tennessee, Maine, Vermont, Texas, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, to name a few. 55 plus trailer parks you are going to pay 150,000 for a used trailer and lot rent around 600 dollars a month, good luck finding insurance on those death traps. Tornado's and the list goes on. count on more like 3500 to 4000 a month to live like an average lower class person. Heath care is through the roof. Did i mention the weather? Flooding alone can wipe out your investment and insurance will not pay for months. Get into a slight fender bender and you will be sued by the the most successful law firms in the world and they advertise that every 10 min on tv. You better do better research than this BS. and as far as crime, everyone here is armed so you should be as well, If it was that cheap we would all retire right here, 2000 dollars a month? If you buy or rent a place a blook from the really bad parts of town. Do more research than this BS.

So much of this is wrong. If you go inland you can find some fairly affordable places, but not on the coast. The fact that he mispronounced Ponce Inlet ( a very expensive place) and Melbourne shows he's clueless.
