It is touching, revealing, and hopefully somber and melancholic at the same time. We humans live in contradictions. People build walls around themselves to avoid being hurt. But deep inside, so far within, they are still wasting away. These walls may fall one day, allowing them to feel the warmth of others, to experience the comfort of connection. Such contradictions dominate human life. I have learned not to embrace them, but to live with them. I see human ingenuity, the brilliance and creativity that shape our world. I see people who deserve love and others who seem fit only for hate. I have encountered a vast spectrum of humanity and have realized that there are only two paths forward: to let it remain as it is or to destroy it entirely. After all, there is no inherent meaning to the universe. Both the universe and life itself are accidents. We can choose to celebrate this cosmic coincidence, or, if the pain becomes unbearable, perhaps we could choose to end it all-not merely some of it, but everything. To extinguish all suffering, to let it finally be gone. And yet, maybe we should let it all continue. Thank you.
