Hi Augusta, thanks for watching. Not sure why this happens at times. In any event, do a factory reset. This should launch the wizard after rebooting.

@@DougForce Hey Doug, I checked three sources, Streakwave, Voipsupply.com and Amazon. Believe it or not, Amazon was the best price for the UCM6301 by far. I was surprised at this. Go to Grandstream.com to compare the specs between the 6301 & 6302. They are very similar. One main difference is the number of FXS & FXO ports on each device. The 6301 has one of each and the 6302 has two of each. If you decide to make a purchase, I would appreciate it you considered using my affiliate link. Let me know and I can send it to you. Thanks.
