I love pulsar. Hope it will see some player numbers from this spotlight. Personally I would argue the science vessel is the best beginner ship. Though it might be a bit underpowered for a novice crew when it comes to combat.

haven't seen this game since the yogs played it a few years ago. It really is the kind of game that's "playable" alone, but designed for groups, which is why I've never touched it. I do think it'd be better if the bots announced what they're doing - the kind of stuff you'd normally talk about when playing with people - so you don't have to run around looking at monitors to figure out what's going on. I for one don't like when stuff "just happens" because you don't know what the bots are up to
