20:20 Indeed, that's an actual ship. In fact, it's your ship.

Glad to see a return to Stellaris! The payback origin is quite fun. Remember to pay attention to how many open jobs you have and check that tab on your planet. You keep queuing up districts with no one available to work in them which costs you resources in terms of the upkeep without giving you anything. Also while spamming as many science ships as possible used to be the meta the leader rework changed that. Leaders cost unity in upkeep as well as hiring costs, and their upkeep scales with level. It's not the worst idea in the world to go heavy into early scientists but it's a trade off with delaying your culture development.

Welcome to the new meta Quill I usually dont run more than two or three scientists most games early on sense the leader changes. But there are more ways to produce or earn unity now then before, especially if you purpose build for it with certain species traits and civics. Edit: I wouldnt habit the 60% world. The happiness penalty might drain your unity further.

Glad to see a new Stellaris series. I was already shouting at the screen to turn map the stars back on once you got some unity. It's within your "edict budget" so won't use unity. I also know you probably batch record, so this won't matter, except as for algorithm massage, and perhaps some entertainment for random readers of comments.

Keep it up Quill! Been watching your content for 10+ years now, from teen to adult. It’s always good to see you upload!

Wow, Quill really forgot so much about Stellaris. Constructs buildings and districts even though he doesn't have enough people to work at the existing ones. Goes far above edict fund in the edict maintenance cost and then is surprised when runs out of Unity.

he was always constructing like that, just your usual Quill :D

Isn't it over 100 years later in this game than Terra Invicta? Lots of room to add lore about MSI's relation to the Hydra and maybe how MSI warship got so close before the Resistance pushed back again ;) Great run so far!

Wow, never seen unity costs go so high, I guess his leaders are leveling too fast, kinda.

I never understood why you didn't use the asteroids as armed outposts and why you didn't developed the repair bays. I'm only on dps 12 or 13 Of your terra Invitation play through so far.

Are you running any mods ?

What I really hate about the new leader system is how they drain unity in the early game... I wish the cost was a lot more manageable.

Fun fact: Quill never completed a single Stellaris playthrough. He usually gives up well before the midgame point. Definitely won't finish this one either, not the way he's playing. He hasn't even noticed he's paying for edicts with unity and not energy.
