I love how you used the card stock for the on edge. On edge is really tricky w regular quilling paper. Great project!

Oh yeah, I think regular strips are just too floppy for that. Doing the curl on the "o" and "e" would've been a whole lot easier, though! Ah well, quilling is good for teaching me patience.

Oh yes, I think you can certainly do it different ways and have it turn out beautiful. You don't have to do it the exact way that I do.

I cut my own cardstock. I haven't seen it pre-cut, but that sure would be nice! Maybe somewhere on etsy??

Hmm, I imagine you're looking for something like people sell on etsy and I'm sorry I don't that. I just used my sketch as a template. But if it helps, i made a 4" heart using the basic shapes in powerpoint, nothing fancy.
