Due to construction at Exit 4 on I-24, Bonnie Browning and photographer Allan Ramsey show you how to get to the free parking lots in downtown Paducah... from Exit 11 if you are traveling north from Nashville, or Exits 3, 4, and 7 if you are traveling south from Illinois.
