Well, find him again, and try talking to him a few times. (I mean, he's gotta have _something_ good in that safe, if that girl was trying to get into it...)

It’s a very fun one and a good way of getting your fill of Wind Waker, seeing every island and every character and every enemy. Also, if you want it 100 percent complete, you’ll need another save file. You need to take pictures of the bosses, Tetra, and a lot of other characters you only interact with a few times.
