Jones was the best thing that could have happened to Jackson at the time. Jackson had the talent, drive and ambition to become the biggest artist in the world, and Jones with his knowledge and skills knew how to get him there. These two were unstoppable and the records are still untouchable.

a legend, music genius, and one of the world's greatest music producers of all time. And did you know that he literally discovered Oprah Winfrey. Yeah, that's right when he cast her in the 1985 Color Purple Movie, when she was an ordinary Talk show host in Chicago, unbelievable, and from then on, everything is history. RIP Quincy and thank you for sharing your music with the whole world.

Quincy speaks as if he invented MJ. MJ was a superstar long before and after collaboration with Quincy. Also Mj made albums after Thriller without Quincy Jones and continued to rise as a star with Dangerous and the History album. But then there are people like Quincy who want to take all the credit.
