Hey mate, mine is a very similar one but it is the 2019 model and it has same cables, however, they seem much harder to unhook by hand, I think it has a stopper and I would probably need a special tool, would you know it?

Great video. I just need to get access for installing some switches. But if I can't get factory head-unit to reset the Bluetooth code I might have to do the same thing haha. Does the factory reverse camera just plug straight in? Like an RCA lead is used?

Well the head unit "supports" android and apple carplay but I don't use them. It's a kenwood 8081s

Hi mate, awesome on this one! I need to get in to install a car kit mounting bracket - do you know if the factory head unit will need resetting by the dealer if I take it out ?? or can I reconnect??

you shouldnt need the dealer, at most you may need a radio code and often these can be found in your logbooks. don't quote me on that. if it were me, i would just go nuts and handle the fallout
