Retrospectively though, if we now understand Castiel was in love with Dean, that makes a lot of their physically close/emotionally intimate moments in the show (also the meta-humor of the play episode where they made a parody of Destiel) between those two seem far more mean-spirited. It was already dubiously considered queerbaiting back in season 4, but now with proper confirmation, it looks awful on the show's massive runtime because they gaslit the fans into thinking they were crazy for seeing romantic undertones.

My thoughts: Jade and Tori: absolutely date right now. Surprisingly, Jade is usually the calm one here. They rely on each other, whether they like it or not. Cat and Robbie: very wholesome, but I wish Robbie were written a little better. It was nice when he wrote a song for her, or bought her a cotton candy machine. However, half the show, he just acts like a narcissistic jackass. Also, what were those pirate jokes? Cat and jade: I personally like this one a bit more than jade and Tori, but it wouldn't work out for more than like, 5 minutes. I might be proven wrong by the videos on the slap. Andre, with literally anyone: someone get this guy a decent girlfriend. He's the chill one in the group, and I'd honestly love to see him find love, but not in the main 6. He deserves better. Beck and jade: toxic a lot of the time, only cute in a couple of spots. I wanted to see them separate and actually become independent for once. They both want to go into acting. That's lots of pressure. They would most likely break up before college started. Rex and the Northridge girls: absolutely.
