To those who ask how and why...It's called they - the mother and grandmother are PSYCHOPATHS. And a Psychopath is automatically a NARCISSIST. MOST of those laws specify 30 days or younger. Which means it is criminal to drop your kids off and you can go to jail. Sompeople won't. I agree with you, but people don't want to go to jail. Although I still haven't figured out the thinking behind killing them and not going to jail either! I think all these laws need to be expanded. I don't care if they are 1 day old or one day before their 18th birthday, if they are considered a minor by law, then you should be able to safely leave them at a hospital, police station, firestation, a manned church(people on site) without the fear of repercussions. It is heartbreaking and terrifying the amount of people killing their kids these days.

I think the reason why the police have not arrested Lalani yet (as much as she totaly deserves it) is they do not want any reason what so ever for her to get off and maybe if they bide their time, they can find Quinton and also get evidence that prevents her from pleading Insanity. Thank you for not bowing to pressure from so many people who don't understand that arresting her now could end up in her being permanently set free. To those people I say, do you know that if a person is arrested they can't just leave them in prison while they continue to investigate? Charges must be brought and a trial held within a certain amount of time, depending on where a case happens. If they arrest this monster mother now, they will have to bring charges and then she will be entitled to a trial if she chooses to plead not guilty. Let them finish their investigations. It's not just searching the landfill that they are working on.

I am missing out bc the language and behavior going on. I have an 11 yr old at home and we live in a really small home, so you can hear everything. I have to skip all the true crime things with this case bc of the way adults are carrying on. My kid asked me why I was watching ppl do things that our fam says aren't ok, and real life y'all ok...I said you're right, I shouldn't be watching this. So ya... I sit in silence wondering what in the world is going on, and I have to play catch up every day when my kid is asleep.
