Quintrex Freestyler 630 + Yamaha F200 4-Stroke full review

Quintrex has released a new off-shore bow rider boasting their brand new APEX hull, and the conditions are rough with huge waves and strong winds.
The new Quintrex's come heaps of included features, from the high quality aluminium trailer to the easy to use folding ladder at the back.
On the back is a Yamaha F200HP 4-Stroke variable cam which is an absolute beast and power this boat very well.
Your wife and kids will love the front of the boat with a huge lounge, speakers, and plenty of storage.
Further down the boat is huge uder floor storage, big enough for a few ski's. Right up the back is a folding lounge, self draining decks, moulded side decks with storage, cup holder, and more. There are 2 boldter seats which are adjustable and very comfortable.

This boat is designed to go off-shore, that means this is an off-shore ski boat! It's a game changer, this kind of boat is new to the market.
The conditions are rough and the APEX hull really shines here, the ride is soft and the water is squirted out sideways, keeping the inside of the boat dry.

I’m buying one of these hulls but it will be a rear side console as far back as I can get it, totally custom front casting platform which will come back past midship, fully customised for Kimberley island hopping adventures, what an epic hull to make into a dream machine

It’s called a frontier which is the same hull as a freestyler but comes inside or centre console I’ve got one in stock

@@BrisbaneYamaha yep cool boat but I don’t want all the lounges and fancy schmancy stuff, I want an anchor well and that’s it as it’s built into the pickle fork front anyway, unpainted inside because I’ll be building the entire inside, not giving away any build secrets but you’ve never seen what I’m going to do to it 😂, definitely keen to come up and see you you’re a very knowledgeable and I need to pick your brain.

@@BrisbaneYamaha I don’t want the frontier it has everything I don’t need, I need the anchor well which is incorporated into the pickle fork front and just a bare flat plate aluminium floor from that, I’ll build the front how I want it from there, these 630 hulls are so perfect for what I want to do with it.

The Surtees use a Flooding keel that empties when planning. They aren't narrow 'gutted' they run a higher degree of deadrise. To be fair this boat is intended for inshore and very limited offshore work. Surtees are dedicated offshore boats. No I don't own one.

@@antoncarmoducchi6057 Any boat would be fine in many parts of Queensland on many days. The point is as you would be aware, prepare for the unexpected as in Murphy's Law. A low volume, light weight, shallow V bow rider such as this would be the last boat you would want to be in if the weather turned.

The weather was already turned if it got worse than this you didn't plan very well , I have a semi deep v 4.8 plate and I love it but this thing looks like it rides smooth in big chop.
