We have just fallen in love with Robin Hoods Bay. The Yorkshire tour continues.
We enjoyed our stay at the working farm campsite 'Hooks House Farm' with its amazing views which is just a short walk from Robin Hoods Bay.
The hills are steep, so be prepared but we walked to the bottom of the bay every day we were there and each visit is just as magical as the first.
We also took time to visit nearby Whitby & Goathland (Heartbeat film set) which we will bring you in our next video.

Hi Dave and Helen, well Robin Hoods Bay, looked a lovely scene from the campsite, been there many years ago, im not sure about that steep hill nowadays but it is such a pretty little place to visit. The campsite looked a nice site, toilets and showers looked good. Bella was doing what TTs are renowned for our Archie is always asleep ha ha , thank you for sharing x Julie and Tony x

Hi Julie & Tony, we were bowled over. We managed the hill not too bad but couldn’t manage a meal before or after which made a pub crawl a no go area too. We will return though! Great vlog Helen and Dave. I loved seeing the Bay from above. We stay here every Easter Wk end at the Middlewood Farm Holiday Park (YO22 4UF). It's a lovely part of the UK, but I would say that being a Yorkshire lad. We love to cycle on the Cinder track all the way into Whitby. And also the opposite way to Ravenscar and beyond. So much to do and see in one wk end, that's why we always return yr after yr. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to the next vlog.

The last time I went to camp here it used to open all year round, I loved camping in December for our wedding anniversary. I arrived without checking and got told they no longer did all year round camping, we went off site to assess the situation and I then got a phone call telling me my father had deceased that morning and had to drive home. I have mixed emotions about this site , we had happy camping and times that we packed up before one night because of children kicking footballs on the tent. All I would say is try it for yourself 😊

Hi dave and helen has others have said great drone shots over looking robinhoods bay showing all the nuts and crannies....we visited there last year and popped in a few pubs and they were all dog friendly and unique with fabulous atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly.great place to visit.ive seen the touring site at the top of the hill on my way back out and always wondered what it was like and now i k ow.looks great will definitely be giving this site a visit in the future. Really enjoyed this, we're going this summer, though not that exact site and it'll be lovely to see Yorkshire again. Haven't been to Robin Hoods Bay in many years, this brought back memories of going there as a child. Going to have to get in some training for those hills, not for the faint hearted!
