I'm studying International Business as well! I'm adding Information Systems as a secondary major because the GE's are pretty much the same and it's only an additional 7 courses for my school at least. So hopefully it can open up a lot more possibilities along the road as I eventually want to get into IT as well.

totally depends. lots of people stay just for a few years and move on. others stay for a while. i talk about it a little in my recent "assumptions about consulting" video :)

Can you work for a corporation from the get go? If so what roles would be similar to a Consulting role?

Depends on the type of consulting, and also what you’re interested in. You could definitely work for a corporation from the start, but usually when people move from consulting to a corporation, it’s to get a salary and title/responsibilities boost (and corporations often find consulting backgrounds desirable). You might end up working in strategy, marketing, business development, or Human Resources depending on your background.
