You have NO IDEA how much I needed this. I am in the exact same boat in life right now ; 30 years old, burnt out and it's now affecting my mental and physical well being. I'm just perpetually drained and life just seems to have lost its colours. I know it's time to let go of my 9 to 5 but as always my crippling anxiety mixed with adhd makes me overthink and go into a spiral of doubt. Listening to your story made me realise that I'm not alone and seeing you take this bold step just made me feel soo much at ease. savings! i have about 9-10 months of fixed monthly expenses/food saved for my break. i always overestimate expenses this way it gives myself some cushion. hope that was helpful :)
