Wondering the same shit as an Aussie living in London who has travelled all over Europe. Only truly multicultural city in the continent is London but offers low salaries and mediocre qualify of life. France is racist af and u need to speak perfectly French, Paris is also expensive and worse than London for housing. Lisbon has poor wages, Barcelona doesn’t even like tourists. Madrid is boring. The rest is meh. Amsterdam is great but worse climate than London and too small for my liking. Melbourne is top notch. Sydney is gorgeous but it’s a nanny state

What do you mean with pollution? For a city of its size it’s definitely cleaner than Paris, and Lisbon! Also, the salaries in Portugal are terrible and people can’t afford paying a rent or buying a house in Lisbon anymore. I love lisboa but it has way more serious problems than London where at least people can change careers or move jobs easier
