I think what happened was when your channel blew up you attracted a specific audience that was interested in Japan so they liked your vlogs and daily life there especially with the drama. Then you left Japan but still did travel vlogs and showed your personal life so they were still interested in that. Then your content changed and you didn't make those videos anymore. So the problem was that you catered to a specific drama and Japan loving audience so when that content stopped they became less interested.

I feel like you feel this way because you have viewers that enjoy seeing you fail in life. If you just do the things you want to do and not worry about the numbers (even though that’s easier said than done) I think you will see a shift. When your channel blew up it wasn’t planned. It just happened. That’s what you need to realize. So if you want to travel (which is the reason I personally subscribed) then I think you should do it. I enjoyed the Malaysia vlogs and if I’m honest I was bummed you had left early. Just screw the sausage fest audience you have that only care about you sleeping with girls and whatever drama. Do what you genuinely want with your channel and you will weed out all the flaky subs and start building loyal subs that actually like your content. I also agree with another comment that you have to do something because if you aren’t doing anything we have zero content from you. Continue traveling that’s my vote. My advice, good luck!

Dunno why you went the sexist route when obviously those who enjoy his drama content enjoy it regardless of gender. Those who don’t, don’t.

Yeah seems like I’ve hit a nerve if that’s what u care about most in my comment. Move along thank u!
