I'm totally binge Watching your videos... I had to pause to say.. I'm 25 days 5 hours and 21 minutes smoke free!! I put my last cig out at 1:08 pm on a Thursday after work and didn't work again until Monday... I do believe not having the stress of work helped me to get over that hump! Had I gone to work I probably would have been to irritated and would have bought a pack on the way home!

Hey Jared, well done on getting through day 2 and in just a few hours the worst of it will be over. I’ve started working out too and can see marginally better results but nothing significant yet. Every quit is so different it’s baffling. This time working was easier than sitting at home whereas in my previous quit it was always sitting at home for the first 72 hours. Anyway hope you keep at it and btw this video was pretty good too. You’re doing great. Take care!

Hello, I’ve Been watching your videos over and over and they are helping me get through this. I’m on day 2 and getting closer to getting over the hard part I hope. I wish they still had Allen Carr audiobook on you tube but they took it down because they want you to pay for it. It should be available for free, I don’t think Allen Carr would’ve minded. He wanted to cure the world from smoking. Anyway just wanted to say thanks for uploading this, it’s is very helpful .

@@scottpringle5486 My experience: life is to short. My neorologist said smoking will help with stress. smoking is ok, lets say if u can manage 10 cigs a day. it will help and its good for body and mind

Well I’m at 2.5 days and I appreciate your videos. I can relate to the hammering and frustration. It seemed like the whole world was trying to set me off on that second day.
