LOVE it bro! love your new direction ❤And the change in your thinking about creativity and how you're going about it is inspiring bro. I remember all the crazy times we had with building and teaching and just constantly trying. And I can feel it bro. The great times and the struggles. Probably not as much as you do. But I believe, you are going to crush it in no matter what you do, and I'm excited to see your path forward. LOVE you bro!

I can’t imagine how much pressure/stress having to look out for a whole team adds on. Whether large or lean. I can see how all these factors take away from the initial passion that got you here. It sounds like you enjoy doing some of the same things that you have been paying people to do for you for the purpose of growing your revenue/channel. Which is not bad. At the end of the day though, your mental health, joy, and fulfillment in life is all that matters. Maybe it’s time you take back the pieces you enjoy the most and connect with yourself in that creative space. It’s probably the only way you will find your next passion-without the other worries. I like what you said about providing your team the experience and opportunities that will set them up for success even outside of working for you. They all seem like great people and adults themselves, they will figure it out. Maybe, this is the next step they need too. To find their own path. It also seems like you built really close relationships/friendships with your employees. As a business owner/boss, that is always difficult to navigate. Especially when it’s time to make big decisions like this. Think about how long you would be able to keep them employed long-term. 10+ years? I hope you find your balance, man. You deserve it.

Wow, this video really resonated with me. It's so brave of you to share your struggles with motivation and the pressures of constantly churning out content on KZbin. As a fellow creator, I've definitely felt the weight of the "content treadmill" and have struggled to keep up with the demands of the platform. It's inspiring to see you taking a step back and prioritizing your mental health and wellbeing. Your videos have been a huge inspiration to me and I know that many others feel the same way. I'll be cheering you on as you navigate this new chapter and can't wait to see what you come up with next, whether it's on KZbin or elsewhere.

Making 250k dollars a month and spending 255k dollars the same month, you had it right. What you should have done is lay off few workers and cut down operational costs. There is no emotions in tech companies, you don't have to be emotional laying off workers from the business. The code is lay of employees if you have to. Your employee can decide to resign from the company, he or she never thought of being emotional when resigning. Likewise you don't have to be emotional laying off workers to make good profit. You had a good income flow but poor business model.
