I see these days students are so worried about their future and are just wasting their present. I would request all to take a chill pill, and focus on one thing which you like most. Kunal Bhaiya I would like to say something about why FANG is such a desire for so many students. I belong to a tier three college from where the average package is 4lakh per anum. In these conditions FANG salary becomes huge.

Some say go make projects using neural networks some say do data science others say do cybersecurity. But no one says where to learn these. I tried some courses by Andrew Ng but still don't get models above 80% accuracy.

And that's what's called inferiority complex, we Indians create unnecessary hype about western startups like faang but do not appreciate and realize the potential of Indian startups and the valuable experience and amount of money (that u mentioned ) that our own startups provide. There is no problem for aspiring to be in these companies but this hype should not be created .

google's estimated offer to kunal was i guess more than 25+ lakh per annum ! But because kunal works remotely so he earns minimum i guess 55+ lakhs per annum : ) anyways we dont care how much makes i just love him and hes so kind he helps us alot : )

You are absolutely correct. But no, Google India has a base pay of < 20 lakhs I believe. What ever it may be, it doesn't come close to the pay of remote companies and work life balance.

@Kunal Kushwaha Okay Kunal, instead of going into colleges. Can i do Distance or Open Degree? From IGNOU! Or any other Uni/college. So i can work while studying for degree. (There are some Startup in my city which doesn't require degree and they will pay 50k+ per month for freshers) So i can work and Study for degree same time.

bro i will highly suggest you to go the traditional path as it helps.... really helps you in getting job because the most indian HR are kinda not into the skills over degree part.... having skill is obviously important but just get a degree from a regular university where admission and projects and assigments are not a much of a deal and you will be well off
