My only concern is that you might be able to feel the switched item... if a coin is placed in the purse and you change it into a note for example, is the coins in the purse in such a way that you're able to feel it?

In the tutorial, it actually answers this question. It is much better to start the change with paper object. The tutorial gives a couple ideas where the spectator can actually check the purse after the change.

Am i the only one who have problem with metal strap? after using it about 1 month the metal strap is broken(bent) and spectator see that there are 2 sides in this pouch? what to do with such problem?

I have this, and I really like it. My only issue is that an inquisitive spectator that likes to touch things will figure this out. I suppose that's where audience management comes into play.

It'll pass a light examination, but I wouldn't let them spend a lot of time on it. It looks totally innocent, so they shouldn't need much more than being able to look inside (which they can do)

Susan Soo you can safely let the spectator open and take stuff out without raising any suspicion. I have handed this to many magicians/layman and ask them to find the gimmick and none of them can see it before I explain to them.

I often think as magicians we are slightly deluded and don't give our audiences enough credit. Any normal spectator is going to know there is something fishy with the pouch. There will be so much heat and suspicion on it I think its useless. There are far better ways to switch objects.

It's all about the routing. there are many routines taught in the tutorial that will leave he purse with no heat at all. Imagine doing a hopping half routine with Quiver. You take the coins out of the purse, show the purse is empty, place it on the table. And once your routine is finished and both coins are vanished. You can have the spectator open the purse themselves and they will find the coins back in the purse! At that point, you are completely clean. It can also be use as a super clean mystery box(signed coin/card to purse). Those are just a few of the many possibility with Quiver and are all taught in the tourial.

Sorry but this thing sucks..its good for visual things but it's very easy to figure out. The first time I performed it, a 8 year old girl figured it out. She said, there must be a flap. I said no but obviously she was right.
