I've just received mine and completely agree with this review, you defiantly find your own style and what works best for you. It can be easy to flash a folded card so make sure it's pushed as far down into the wallet as possible and be careful with bigger objects that stick out on the sides, I handed it out and the spectator realised straight away just by feel that there was a secret compartment but it took him 10mins and a few clues to figure out how it opened. Build quality is great but it defiantly has a life span depending on how much you use it (mainly stitching).

Great review Da'Mon!, Been performing with the Quiver for about 2 weeks now, spectators have never asked to inspect it, just as they never reach to inspect my coins or deck of cards, why? well it's all in the routining as must of you know that do magic at a professional level, quality is great and it makes all the sense of the world to carry a coin purse as it does to carry a deck of cards for the simple reason that we are magicians and carry stuff out of the ordinary, keep the great work and hope to see another review of your soon.

Great review! I was really interested in this after seeing the trailer but I think I'm sold on it after watching your video. I have to agree with you, seems like the definition of "packs small, plays big". Out of curiosity, how does it feel in terms of manufacturing quality? Does it seem like it is a wallet that would hold up to years of use?

Very helpful stuff! Thanks! I really like your videos! Do you have suggestions for decks of cards for cardistry that are "smaller" or "thinner"? I am not sure if I am using the best description terms. I have small hands and beginner at cardistry and am always looking for a better deck. Thanks again!

I know it's a late answer, but you can use bridge sized cards instead of poker sized cards. They are smaller but I wouldn't recommend it on the long run because you should just get used to bigger cards. Hands are nearly never too small. For the thickness, there are a few thin decks, like Virtuoso decks or Stud playing cards. But you could juste use half or 2/3rd of the deck. I'm doing cardistry for 3 years and usually practice new moves with 2/3rd of the deck until it gets smooth enough to use a full deck.

Great Review... however, on the product, No one uses coin purses any more, so it isn't natural. Logic tells you the coin purse has two sides. And you can't feel it, so it isn't clean. Not my kind of magic. But thanks anyway for the great review!

Give had five year Olds straight away say, there is two pocjets! Can't see how the Monte effect could work with an adult with 20$ bucks on the line.wish I could have picked this up when it was the Vader wallet for under Ten dollars. amazing how much it costs to put that ellusionist branding on it.

I've had the quiver since it first came out. Bought one for my son as well. Their marketing video is a little bit misleading. As you mentioned, you cant really have the spectator inspect the wallet. They will immediately feel the item inside or even see it if its a bunch of coins or a ring. Also at the right angle they could easily see the gimmick. Some people were quite impressed and some rolled their eyes at me when I did it. But I am not a magician and have no opportunities to use it. It does take some time to master. The quality is superb and smells like nice leather. . But being a non-magician I will say this I like the quiver a lot and its easy to carry around and simply perform a trick or two when you are out with people or just about anywhere. I found the best thing to use it for are with mini cards converting a king into a queen.

I have this figured out so its just that it has 2 pockets inside it. So when you put something in its a different pocket and when you close it the first pocket closes and sticks to the side and when you open it , its a different pocket which has stuff u want to produce . And if u give it to a spectator and its obvious that spectator is going to first turn it upside down and the later either feel the inside or outside of the pouch which definately has a sponge cushion to confuse him but still he is gonna figure it out. Why would i pay for this . Isnt this same as pigeon out of the box.

Well . . . they won't be able to feel anything depending on what is in there. If you use audience management and if you don't use it for a visual change, then your audience won't discover anything. Also nothing will fall out that you don't want to, even if the spectator turns it upside down.

If their first thought when you give them this is "I wanna see if its a trick pouch" you really need to work on patter. They should not be focused on it, its supposed to be almost an afterthought
